If I could give no stars I would. The system is very cumbersome and time consuming. If prescribed a new medication at an appointment it might take days to a week or more just to get it. Customer service was also not great.
There is always a wait but it is worth it. Everyone is very pleasant and supportive. You can have your meds placed in locker and pick up later. I prefer to wait and be patient.
I am vet. That's why I go there.
