I have been a patient of Dr. Lowell for well over 10 yrs & have patiently accepted that there is a 6 month wait for an appt.When I scheduled an appt for myself last April, I asked to make an appt for my husband at the same time. When we arrived today-after taking the day off from work- we were told that he would be seeing the PA. We were told she wasn’t accepting new pts & he would have to see the PA. Dr Lowell is a caring, warm knowledgeable Dr. Very professional staff as well. Dr Lowell’s staff member Jerrica was wonderful and well versed in the procedure I was inquiring about. Wonderful experience from the minute you enter the facility!!
