Everybody that had a bad experience here let's get together and do something about it because my mother-in-law was here too and she starved the entire time nobody was in there monitoring her my mother-in-law was paralyzed on one side and needed help and she couldn't speak properly also so I think that we all need to get together and do something about this place and the staff
Hi my name is Ana Guardado I am writing this to let you know of my disappointment on this facility, we put my Brother there for 3 weeks , but we took him out because of the lock knowledge and care for the patiences, My brother complain of the he will call for assistance when he had realy bad cough attacks, no matter how Manny times he push the bottom they will come 20 minutes later . This place is horrible, the staff is horrible I had a loved one taken here for aftercare due to a stroke, she left in worse condition than she was when she was admitted. If you love your person that is in need of care research, research and do more research. My family member was released with a wound that she didn’t have prior and the family is having to do all that we can to avoid more complications and infections. Horrible staff they all need to be replaced
If you have an elderly person who needs rehabilitation, please do not take them to this place, if you love that person. It is an UNACCEPTABLE place, IT SHOULD BE CLOSED, or the owners should be aware of the lack of staff to care for patients. People have a bad attitude, they do not give them medication at the time it should be and they do not respond when they need help.
