They are much to slow in transitioning people out of their facility to a much more skilled and appropriate care facility when they know the resident has become much to ill and mentally unstable to remain in their particular facility as a resident (Wautauga) which is not one of their memory care SKILLED NURSING locations.
Brookdale Watauga has a tenured, loving staff that truly has a heart to serve residents. They are living out the Brookdale mission daily of "enriching the lives of those we serve with compassion, respect, excellence and integrity."
