Great care, friendly staff, and my mother has made many new friends. Kimberly is outstanding with the residents. Georgia is a great director. Everything is always clean and they go out of their way to make the residents feel like part of a community.
Kim has been amazing in helping our family member transition to the living facility. She has handled all of our needs and questions with grace and has made the transition so successful. She always has a smile on her face and is assisting where needed.
Relative was staying here and had to go to the hospital. The staff must have thought it was open season on her belongings while she was gone. Multiple items taken from her room while she was gone including cash from her purse, clothing from her closet and various other items.
Brookdale is one of the best decisions our family has made. From the moment we toured the facility, we were impressed with the warm environment and friendly and caring team of professionals. My parents resisted the idea of moving into an assisted living community at first but once they toured Brookdale they felt right at home. The staff has taken the time to know my parents and meet their unique needs, and always with a smile. We are so glad we found this place and this wonderful team of people. Thank you! Tom Handfield
If I could put zero stars I would. What is there to say about Brookdale? A lot. At first they will be sweet and attentive and polite but the MOMENT they realize your loved one is going to advocate for themselves they will immediately make everything seem like the worlds largest inconvenience. Granted they’re not paid well so why would you wanna help a 60 year old wheelchair bound woman? Oh wait it’s your job.
