Taco Bell served on a paper plate with a container of ice cream. That was dinner in Memory Care at Brookdale in Troy. Families are paying a lot of money for their loved ones and one Taco Bell taco on a paper plate for an adult for dinner is not acceptable.
I am continually impressed by Brookdale's commitment to resident care, and the family-like atmosphere. All staff go above and beyond to make the residents feel at home, comfortable, and safe. I would highly recommend Brookdale to anyone seeking a home for their loved one, who needs additional care.
Top notch -place from start to finish.The admission was simple Shannon and Brie took the shock factor away since everything goes downhill so fast sometimes with loved ones who cannot take care of themselves high CLASS place I recommend BROOKDALE with high regards!!
