I’m glad I can still talk to my dad, I just have to be there in person in Baltimore because he doesn’t have a phone (and no one will help him). He is alert and oriented but bedridden and in memory care (not his condition when he came there a year ago) where as he said himself he “lingers.” My family has tried to call Brookdale Towson Personal Care Home •17• times the past few days and they have failed to help us talk to him or give us an update on his status since my mother died last week.
