I used to have all the faith in the world for Brookdale. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this facility to ANYONE. Within the last six months not only have they lost countless staff members but now even residents. It’s so incredibly sad how downhill they’ve gone since the release of their former director. Unfortunately, it’s a corporate run monster and they care very little about their residents/staff. 😔
RecommendedI feel that mom has the best of all worlds at Brookdale Tavares. The staff is extremely friendly and outdo themselves. Kudo's to you all.
