My sister was unable to live independently and we could not provide the kind of care she needs. She has been at Brookdale Tallgrass for eight months now, and it is a perfect fit. It's comfortable...not too large or too small, and the facility is very attractive. The staff is attentive and my sister often comments on how nice everyone is. Although she doesn't always take part, there are many activities and we appreciate the family events. This is a great choice for us!
The management at Tallgrass is exceptional, working with them is the only reason this facility is as good as it is. My grandfather lived here and got the best care in town because they all work together and no one is above any chore or task. I have seen their head director cooking on weekends and their activity manager working regular care shifts and every manager is very approachable and interacting with families. Brookdale is set apart! The staff are friendly and attentive. They've created a special culture. It is easy to see connections and trust between staff and residents. The space is clean, comfortable, and homey. After the time I've spent at Brookdale, finding quality, smaller assisted living for loved ones will always be a priority!

One year ago my sister and I unexpectedly needed to find asisted-living accommodations for our mom. Once we visited with the Admin Team, met the staff, and toured the comfortable and homey residence, we knew we had found the perfect place for Mom. We have not been disappointed!
