steady and consistent executive directors! less bullying from staff. better wages. all staff and members of management should all be on the same page. loose the drama and the staff that cause it.

RecommendedJessica with Brookdale has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of deciding on respite care for my dad. She has fielded many phone calls from both myself and my mom and has even called just to check how my mom has been doing since dad has been in respite. She is a wonderful part of your team, so kind and genuine!
Thank you for taking such loving care of my father Stanley Rygor and for always being so gracious to my mother Kathleen when she would visit him. When I visited there it felt like everyone there was family in a big living room. Thank you for sharing your special gifts with the people that live there and for their families, who need you the most in their lives. I am thankful for you all and hope you all have a lovely Thanksgiving.
Oh so many reasons I do not recommend . Covid has everyone's mind jacked..the residents here (during Covid) may only sit 1 person at a table for meals which means they eat in shifts BUT at the game tables, 4 people can sit there. What science is behind this? It's so sad for the residents and since Covid the care has dropped along with staff. We are unable to check on our loved ones and that bites..Thank God my mom still has it together but her health is failing and we r unable to spend time with her. There are a really great... read more

This change to Brookdale Marysville in July 2020 made a hugh impact because the ENTIRE staff including hospice is trustworthy, accountable and sensitive to the needs of our mother. All of the staff we have interacted with on the phone or in person have been incredibly compassionate and professional. This piece of mind is priceless! Thank you Brookdale
