I wanted to thank you and your staff for taking such great care of mom while she resided at your facility. I was surprised at the number of nurses and staff who were genuinely saddened and crying when mom passed away. They truly did care for our mother. Everyone that works here has my utmost respect and I know the job can be difficult at times, but you are all very special and I cannot express the appreciation I have for you all.
Spring Creek is an amazing community that was actually recommended to me on another tour. Walking in put me at ease like no other place did! The staff truly does everything they can to ensure the well being of the residents. Edna -the Executive Director - is very compassionate and provided so much information on multiple occasions. Spring Creek is a beautiful community. The courtyard is a great place for my parents to relax. The community recently was renovated and it looks great. Vincent, the Sales Director is fantastic! Edna the Executive Director is very sweet and is always available. Latoya is the Wellness Director and you could not ask for a better person to oversee your loved ones care needs. We moved my mom into Juniper Village at Spring Creek almost a year ago. I was nervous, as most children are, about the level of care she would receive and whether she would be happy and safe. ALL of my fears were completely unnecessary! The staff, from the Executive Director on down, are all professional, accessible, caring and compassionate.
