I love the hold place nice people run it happy to be there
This is the Brookdale location I've visited the most thus far. Every time I visit, I see the staff and crew involved in some type of activity with the residents here. Life in a care facility can get a little monotonous, I'm glad to see that they care about the people living here.
This is the second place Dad has been and it is now his permanent residence. I absolutely love every staff member I have met. They are very good at communicating and taking excellent care of my dad. I love that they have activities and a very clean and inviting building. I feel extremely blessed to have been led to them.
The top of the leadership is horrible. It used to be about the residents but not anymore. Employees are being wrongfully let go, many are leaving because of the tension and treatment of employees. It has filtered to the residents now and several long time residents have moved out. Leadership needs to be changed.
