We toured several assisted living facilities and we really liked Brookdale's smaller size and close community. My mom has been a resident for about three months now. Although It was a difficult transition for her, the staff and residents made her feel very welcome and she is now settled into her new home.
Brookdale is a blessing!! The staff are professional, caring and friendly. My mom is safe, healthy and happy living there and it is peace of mind for my husband and I, especially when we travel- knowing mom is in good hands.
If I could give more stars, I would!!! We were referred to this assisted living facility through Dr. Bach Nguyen in Murrieta. As we walked in the door, we could tell this was an A+++ facility. Everything was clean and organized. The seniors living there seemed genuinely happy and content. The receptionist was very warm and kind. One of Brookdales tenants was driven by staff member ARLENE from Brookdale nursing home to our clinic, Arlene opened clinic door and gave patient a push in his wheel chair through the clinic doors and walked away never stepping foot in the building leaving patient in the center of the lobby knowing he was unable to help himself due to his reason for visit . I’m a mobile notary and Brookdale recommended me to one of their residents. I came to Brookedale in murrieta and was greeted by Kristin to get checked in. The facility is very nice and clean inside, they had it all decked out in Hawaiian for a luau they had. Ann the sales manager is so incredibly kind, she invited me to come to their Halloween festivities. I highly recommend checking this place out for anyone needing senior living for their family members.
