Aferdita has taken great care of my mother Gladys Osorio. My mother is always telling me how kind and thoughtful Aferdita is. I also have had great experience with her. My visit here at Brookdale Murrieta is always easy, the staff is friendly and accomidating. The place is neat and clean at all times. We tje Osorio family Melba, Diane, George & Alfonso thank you and your staff.

I am a Amazon Flex delivery driver. The young black man saw me pull up but then ignored me when i was trying obtain access to the building to drop off a package. He finally opened the door bit was very rude. You might have to get better people with better customer service.

My wife and I took a tour of the Brookdale Murrieta assisted living facility and Ann Ciccarelli who is their Sales and Marketing Manager did an awesome job of explaining the costs and services available for my 90 year old dad. When we were done, we knew this was the home for my dad. I then spent 2 days selling him (dad) on Brookdale, and he'll be moving in shortly. Ann is great at her job and with people. Nick M.
