Had a wonderful experience with Ann at the Murrieta location. She went above and beyond to provide us with valuable information that truly helped us in our decision-making process. The entire staff was welcoming and professional, and it was heartwarming to see the residents active, social, and engaged. A great environment all around!
A Heartfelt Thank You to Brookfield! My Mom lived here for almost two years before she passed. What a great facility! The staff have been incredibly helpful, kind, supportive, and attentive. My Mom always said the food was good, the activities were fun, and the team tried to include everyone. We toured several assisted living facilities and we really liked Brookdale's smaller size and close community. My mom has been a resident for about three months now. Although It was a difficult transition for her, the staff and residents made her feel very welcome and she is now settled into her new home.
Brookdale is a blessing!! The staff are professional, caring and friendly. My mom is safe, healthy and happy living there and it is peace of mind for my husband and I, especially when we travel- knowing mom is in good hands.
If I could give more stars, I would!!! We were referred to this assisted living facility through Dr. Bach Nguyen in Murrieta. As we walked in the door, we could tell this was an A+++ facility. Everything was clean and organized. The seniors living there seemed genuinely happy and content. The receptionist was very warm and kind.
