My mother was in Brookdale for one month during the Covid-19 shutdown so difficult to evaluate the facility. Two people deserve 5 plus stars. Daniel who is the director of staff operations and Nancy who was in the reception area. We found Daniel to be extremely responsive and professional in his communication and explanations of Brookdale procedures.
