STAY AWAY AND DO NOT give these people ANY of your information because they will contact you incessantly and repeatedly for weeks on end even after your loved one is deceased. They're disgusting. They do not care how many times you unsubscribe or tell them you no longer wish to be contacted, they will harass you to no end. I am so tired of getting texts and emails and calls. I have reported it numerous times. Any good and honest company does not need to harass people for business. STEER CLEAR

To start off the audacity of management husband has to post a FALSE review claiming that his mother lives in the facility should tell you a lot. Shame!! Well, I worked at this facility for a little over two years, loved all the residents and there family’s. But once new your management came in this place became a dysfunctional environment and very toxic, causing highly distress. Many workers quitting even some that had been there over 17 years.

Brookdale San Marcos North has been a true blessing for our family. I want to know why Brookdale does not have hot water to bathe the residents in the Memory Care section? They have been bathing these residents with cold water. Higher up management has been made aware of this, and it has not been dealt with for over 30 days now. Looks like a complaint is in order to THHS. Please check on your loved ones if they are a resident at this place, they are being neglected.
