My review is not about the frontline caregivers but about the management, which has been nothing short of untrustworthy. My mom is in a wheelchair, and when we toured the facility, it was clear she is disabled and cannot stand. Despite this, we were pressured into rushing endless medical paperwork, detailing her paralysis. My 85 year old parents moved in here last month. I'm finally visiting and I am so happy and relieved they are here. Plenty of activities, everybody is friendly from the staff to the residents. The employees treat my parents like gold. Meals covered, all they have to do is go down to the dining room at certain times around breakfast lunch and dinner. I highly recommend Brookdale for assisted living. My father has been there the last three years and it is a safe, clean place to live filled with caring staff. Great property and fun daily events.
