Excellent community and staff are so helpful! I’ve never met up with a grumpy or dull staff member. They cater to the resident’s needs like waiters at a restaurant. The nursing staff are polite and kind, and the administration staff are courteous and attentive. My mother commented that people there really work to know the resident’s names, and that was meaningful to her. I am writing this review on behalf of a resident, Nancy Prevost. I am a concierge here at Cogir of Queen Anne. I write today to compliment Ian, a truly kind employee here at Cogir of Queen Anne. Young as he is, he seems to have an innate understanding of working well with not just older people but with all people.
