Beautiful facility with great amenities unfortunately the people running it do a horrible job. The staff is unapperiacted and gets jerked around by management then made to feel bad and told they're wrong when they speak up. The residents are unhappy with how the nursing management handles their medication and complaints. Theres bed bugs in parts of the building that management tires to hide and then lies about their treatment plan when confronted by family members. Was not a place I would let a family member live in.
