My experience at brookdale was wonderful, really a beautiful community of people the staff are exceptional at what they do! I would recommend brookdale to any of my friends or family!
0 transparency with their lead staff. They will hang up on you if you ask to many questions. Was supposed to take my wife to the doctors and lied and said they didn’t know Lied about calling back when they didn’t. Lied about level of care needed. Look elsewhere to help your loved one
