This rehab is very manipulative towards your spouse, parents, and family members. They act like brookdale is much better than it actually is compared to other rehabs. They allow zero phone or laptop even if it is absolutely necessary. You are only allowed 30 minutes per week on a landline at set times. The staff treated me like I was going fail since I didn’t do anything as planned. Brookdale saved my life. I had an amazing experience there. Not only are the grounds beautiful, but the counselors and staff are absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend Brookdale if you or a loved one are struggling with addiction.

I spent 18 days at Brookdale Recovery, and while the location offers beautiful scenery, my experience with the facility was disappointing. The organization was severely lacking, with delays of up to three hours for medications due to only one medication cart serving over 100 individuals. The level of professionalism and respect displayed by the two CEOs, Matt and Amy, was also concerning.
