We have had a wonderful experience the staff management activities and the food. The facility is clean my parents are happy and doing well The photo is my Mom making her hat for hat day we had a lot of fun making it.
Started out wonderful. Has progressed to such extreme we are removing our family member. Management issues are ruining this beautiful place. Residents are not receiving the care they are paying for. Even when you can prove it. When you can get management to speak with you about concerns, nothing changes. Phone calls and emails are not responded to. There are some amazing employees there, but they cannot fix what management won’t address and residents suffer for it.
Food needs a lot of improvement for what they pay monthly.
I have tried to contact this place on Friday and today with the main number...phone rings at least 15 times with no answer. I went over on Friday and got a few cards, tired to call one of them and they have a VM which isn't customized so I can't leave a message to tell them about the issues.
