I found out that the staff is untrustworthy. Broke my heart to find out that a Mother's day gift was stolen & the staff that was put in charge to make sure it was given to the resident, because no one was allowed to enter the building due to COVID, didn't receive it.
LOVE THIS PLACE, IT'S ONE OF THE BEST!!! We were looking for a place for my mom and we met with Becky 1st then Amy. My husband & I were shown around. Everyone was so sweet & helpful. The facility was more like home, so clean, everyone was soooooo friendly and caring. I have looked at many many places but I don't believe my mom would get better care anywhere. The most amazing thing about Brookdale Pecan Park is their team!! The genuinely serve and lead with true compassion! They have been there for many years and consider the residents part of their families! It's a beautiful thing!! Grateful!!

Worst job ever. My experience was horrible. Unprofessional managers, the chef has a crusty fungus on his hands that puss out and doesn't wear gloves. Only white people work in the front during real business hours. And plays obvious favorites. I wouldnt want to work for them ever again, or would suggest anyone to.
Broadway Plaza is definitely HOW TO LIVE! The experience I had when I went with my friend to check on his grandfather at Broadway was very uncommon these days. We were greeted with kind smiles and energetic personalities. We were escorted the whole time and were invited to join in a couple of community activities! They take pride in ensuring by their actions that our loved ones are secure and taken care of. My friend's grandfather said he should've moved in years ago!
