As difficult it is to place a family member in a care facility, Brookdale has been a mostly a positive experience for our loved one. Each employee that has assisted with mom has been accommodating, helpful, caring and compassionate. The office personnel, Executive Director Robin, Sales Associate Elisha, Office manager Nicole and facility Ambassador Buford have all been helpful and professional. Staff take good care of my wife. I am informed if there is a medication recommended or anything I can bring in for clothing or personal care supplies. I attend the once a month caregivers meeting. It is informative talking with other caregivers on their experiences.
Brookdale Oro Valley put on a great birthday party for my husband who turned 102 August 7th. They decorated the dining room with musical pictures and provided plates of fruit and two incredible cakes made from scratch. All 30 guests raved about the party. They also provided caretakers at the door to welcome the guests. I am Carroll Reitz and my husband is John Reitz. I can’t thank them enough.
I work with this community quite a bit. Elisha is very helpful and always knows what is going on in the building. She and rest of the staff have a great relationship with the residents also.
