My mom lived here for only about 2 months. The price was right but it really wasn't a very active place. There were more people in the assisted living section and there wasn't much going on for the people who didn't need assistance. The location was good, however. Close to grocery stores, the post office and the Orangevale library. The apartment was nice and bright. It was only 500 sq. ft but large enough for one person.
