Recommendedcaring staff caring staff and wonderful food
Brookdale Ontario could be an excellent facility if it lived up to its advertising. I have grandparents that currently reside and I have been sorely disappointed with their care. The food is absolutely disgusting and is not chef prepared as advertised, very small portions, sometimes burnt and many times cold. I have witnessed this personally.
