I visited many facilities in the area to make sure I picked the right one for my dad. The sales team really knew how to pitch it! To make the family feel comfortable and confident that the team had your loved one’s best interests at heart. The food looked good, activities were well thought out, and great accommodations! My Wife, Marilyn, was a guest at Brookdale, Oakwell for almost 3 months! Not only is it a beautiful place, it is probably the best memory care facility in the city. The staff was so good and so kind and just wonderful no matter what time I visited. They were comforting, not only to Marilyn, but also to me. The food was even excellent!
The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Mom has been happy in her new home and we look forward to that continuing. Thanks to the team at Brookdale!
I would like to share my experiences, at Oakwell , Brookdale. The staff, is very knowledgeable and professional. I commend them for being so Attentive, in keeping the place very clean and adhering to the schedules’ as best as possible.
