Brookdale North Oaks is the "Cadillac" of dementia care facilities. Of particular importance is the existence of fall detection cameras that have saved my mother on multiple occasions.
Brookdale North Oaks Memory Care Facility has been an extremely disappointing experience for us. My husband transitioned from Brookdale, Palm Springs to Brookdale North Oaks, expecting the same level of care, but what we encountered was far from it. Despite paying over $12,000 per month, the facility failed to deliver the advertised services. The quality of care was extremely poor. I would recommend Brookdale they are very welcoming to families and they treat my Mother with respect and care!
They made the process very easy. Great staff very helpful and friendly! My wife is very happy there!! I'm happy to see her happy again.
Great community for anyone looking for specialized Dementia care for a loved one. Great team in place that care about the residents. Wonderful place to work!
