While nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in North Oaks around local shops and stores; it’s tucked back in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. North Oaks is currently going through a refresh program that will make the community shine even more! North Oaks is a highly recommended community with caring and compassionate team members ready to care for your loved one, just like family!

My wife was at North Oaks for over three years, and I’m thankful that she was. During that time, I was there almost every day to help and support her and the staff. Through those three years, I did not meet a staff member that didn’t truly care about her or the other residents. I knew she would be well-cared for when I was not there. The facility was kept clean, and the food was always good. I now volunteer there.

Brookdale North Oaks is the "Cadillac" of dementia care facilities. Of particular importance is the existence of fall detection cameras that have saved my mother on multiple occasions.

Brookdale North Oaks Memory Care Facility has been an extremely disappointing experience for us. My husband transitioned from Brookdale, Palm Springs to Brookdale North Oaks, expecting the same level of care, but what we encountered was far from it. Despite paying over $12,000 per month, the facility failed to deliver the advertised services. The quality of care was extremely poor. I would recommend Brookdale they are very welcoming to families and they treat my Mother with respect and care!
