RecommendedMy mom and dad moved into Brookdale New Braunfels in January 2019 - mom has Alzheimer's and dad was just beginning to become forgetful. He was a bit difficult and we had some struggles getting acclimated early on, but the aids were patient and loving and did their best to care for him despite his meanness. Brookdale New Braunfels far exceeds my expectations. I can't say enough about how thankful we are for the high standards of care, the intentional effort to provide an engaging environment for the residents, and the truly compassionate care on the part of all the staff. All the staff are so caring and work so hard to make this a wonderful place for our mom (& others, too)
We have just become acquainted with this facility in the last two months while researching a new home for our friend. From the first time we entered we were welcomed by all, everyone I have met who works there appears happy and eager to help. I truly have been to all such homes in Schertz and New Braunfels and can’t recommend highly enough Brookdale. There is always something going on.
Misty is a rockstar with the residents! Truly cares and is always so positive!
