Beautiful community with very caring staff
My husband has received such consistent, compassionate care in the Alzheimer’s/ Dementia unit. This has been a tough transition for our family. Through all the stages, the staff have been with us. Thank you all!
Brookdale Mount Vernon is a beautiful facility with friendly and capable staff. My mom is a new resident and is thrilled with the great cuisine, help with activities of daily living and friendly service!
My aunt is here and we visit as often as we can. She has been put in an area in the back where no one sees them and they can't get out. The caregivers seem nice but the place reeks of urine and the furniture is stained and dirty, not like the front area where most are not. I don't feel like she is being taken care of like she should be. Her feet and legs are always swelled and shoes and clothing look ragged and not the cleanest.
