Terrible manager, Ceara McMullan, does not have a clue on how to manage people. Park harasses residents by fining them, even though they have no legal ability to do so. Park does not ask, only threatens. Park does crappy rehabs and sells them saying its all good, failing to disclose big known problems according to law. Advise not to consider living in park unless like being harassed.
If you like East Cleveland, then this is the place for you! No plowing, no salting, no street maintenance, no storage plowing or upkeep. You don't own the lot, but have to mow it and pay taxes on it! Management ignores all and now trying to have water meters installed for residents to pay. Lot fee to include water and trash. 340.00 fu**ing high to pay for trash monthly. Park literally does nothing. Roads cracked and flood. Drug dealers in back. Filthy and unkept.
