been coming to see my aunt at tridgeview commons for over a year now and honestly it's so nice that the same people are there taking care of her. they actually know what's going on with her instead of having to explain everything all over again each time. that stuff really does make a difference.

My sister moved to assisted living at tridgeview and we were nervous about the transition. Within two weeks she was participating in activities and made a friend down the hall. The staff checked in with us regularly those first weeks.

What impressed me most during our tour was how the director took time to answer questions and didn't rush us. We felt heard, not like a sales pitch. Three months in and my father-in-law is settling well.

I would avoid this facility at all costs. They may have been better in the past before the new corporate ownership. They are understaffed, have no idea about their residents and the staff is not impressive (not well equipped skill wise and do not care). Our mother fell twice in less than two months and no one seemed to know what happened. I called and left messages for information and no response. my mom calls me after lunch most days just to tell me what she ate and who she sat with. that tells me everything i need to know about how they're treating her here. the whole place feels like people actually care.
