This place is so under staffed.my heart goes out to these residents.🙄
We were promised one thing (good care), and received another (lies, incompetent nurses and aides and a whole bunch of run around about everything) . My mothers bed sore got so bad here, that it took her life. (We were told it was under control. Trying to let our mother have dignity, we believed them and never asked to see it. For anyone who’s dealing with the struggles of aging loved one like us, We felt at complete loss and completely stressed and overwhelmed! Paramount took the time to listen, (I mean really listen!
