Kyle at the service center desk truly went above and beyond. He answered my many questions about tire replacements, gave me the time and space to look up pricing, and explained the reasons for recommended service. I didn’t feel like unnecessary work was getting pushed on me. He checked on me several times in the lounge to give me updates so that I never felt forgotten or unsure about the status of the repair work.
