Dealership is very unresponsive and not helpful. I purchased a used vehicle on 12/31/19 from Luther Mazda, after looking at the vehicle I wasn't quite ready to purchase because I wanted to compare against another model. the sales manager ADAM is very rude. blatantly disrespectful. he comes off as if you NEED HIM, as if they are the ONLY mazda to purchase a vechicle...I ALSO have the recordings of him about 10 minutes ago calling my employer and leaving a disturbing message as if he was trying to get me fired or DECIMATE my character!!! VERY RUDE!!! and he called because i hung the phone up on him because i chose not to deal with someone so self-assorbed, THAT DOES NOT GIVE HIM THE RIGHT TO CALL MY EMPLOYER!!!!
Metro Cars & Credit, a unit of the Brookdale Mazda family.Purchased a "used" 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser with 75xxx miles on it April 22,2016. Within 3 days it needed both front control arms replaced. On 6-20-16 went back to the shop for engine repairs, and transmission complaints and to an independent transmission shop for diagnosis. On 8-08-2016 was back in the shop for wheel bearing repair. After numerous attempts to try and contact customer to resolve his issues and not being unable to leave a voice message with him due to the fact that his voice mail was not set up, the General Manager finally tried to call the home number of the parents and made an appointment for the customer to come in Monday, 9/19/16 at 4:30 to drop the vehicle off for us to do the repairs. We are giving him a vehicle to use until repairs are completed.
