If I could give 0 starts I would. At first glance it seems like at nice place but after a few months we realized they don't respond to the residents emergency calls and many residents have been known to be left on the floor for HOURS after they have fallen without any help.
Very friendly staff, there are a lot of outings and recreational activities, nursing staff is helpful in emergencies, there is a lovely view of a pond with ducks and geese. I would say they do a pretty good job.
