We were sold the Brookdale dream and are receiving a nightmare. Incentives sold at Brookdale are a room that will be cleaned and laundry that will be washed. Each time I have visited my dad his bathroom is filled with an aroma of urine and has fecal matter where you can see he has had a hard time and accidents along with no toilet paper.
