I was employed here for almost 3yr I Will not recommend To work or move your loved ones in, I was ready to move forward and ask to Transfer The ED ask me to stay and think about it that I was a good hard worker and was needed here But I have made my decision on moving on. the ED stop my transfer and block me from being rehireable at any Brookdale I called the ED and ask Why the change of heart didn't you say I was a good worker she said it was corporate doing. management Does not Value there Hard working staff that works dou... read more

Thank you to ALL OF THE CARING PEOPLE at Brookdale Beavercreek! From the moment we contacted Jason and Ilene, through making our selection decision, moving Dad in (during the peak of COVID-19 quarantine no less) to today, everyone we have interacted with AND trust to care for our Dad, have exceeded our expectations. Dad is engaged again and more like himself than he has been in 8 years, when he lost his wife of 54 years! I can not express enough the relief, confidence and gratitude we have. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Not only am I the activity director here, but I too am a Brookdale family member. I truly believe in what we do here, so much so that I recommended that my great grandmother come to stay here as well. She enjoyed 2 beautiful years with me and Brookdale before passing at the wonderful age of 100! If I would have my family stay here, I can truly say that I think Brookdale is a great place to be!
I've called 3 x and still don't get a call back.. I was trying to find out more about their facility but not getting any response doesn't bode well to me

FRIENDLINESS of residents and staff. Walking with Lucy (dog) each morning, there are waves to us from all we meet or from a block away! Just brings a smile to my face and a warm feeling in my heart!
Brookdale Marysville is one big happy family! Through this pandemic, the staff have been top notch. The residents, families, and staff take care of the community and each other.
AVOID THIS PLACE AND PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONES. PLEASE. PLEASE. READ. THE. LOW. RATINGS. THOSE are the truth about this place. Pay attention to the 3.8 star ratings from two different websites. These are elderly and dementia patients. If your family is here and telling you positive things they aren't mentally there to even understand how bad it may be. We only had 4 days in Pocatello with the top priority of helping my husband’s step-mother move into a facility where she can be safe and receive good nutrition. We are extremely grateful that Sharon, the Marketing Director, and the staff at Brookdale Pocatello (BP) could accommodate our request for a meeting and tour, since we wanted to evaluate 3 different facilities.
