DO NOT USE! My mother is currently on hospice care with Brookdale. I suspected a change in leadership due to the quick decline of services. I called the office to speak to the clinical director. It was NOT the same manager that I spoke with before and the reason I decided on Brookdale instead of Open Arms She is no longer there. My mother and I had the worlds worst experience with the entire company. The nurse that came out was a story excuse for a nurse. The caseworker is a joke. None of the things I later found a regular hospice provider would do.. My mother was dying and they allowed her to suffer and not only that kicked her out of hospice for taking a trip with me.I will tell anyone use Open arms never allow Brookdale to "take" care of your family mender or anyone you care for.
