Everyone I spoke with was very sweet very kind all had good intentions. However, they suffer from a lack of organization and a very poor communication level between evaluators and hands-on providers. We have been using Brookdale Home Health Services for several months their therapist Holly was amazing recently dad had to go to the hospital for a few weeks we made all the arrangements to resume the Home Health Services with Brookdale when he returned to his assisted living facility unfortunately all of the promises made by Brookdale home health of resuming services were empty as they are having staffing issues and cannot fulfill their schedules Advice we've had to go without services for over a week possibly more and star... read more
