I had one nurse that was great. Second nurse Kelly came and spent 10 minutes and left. I was in cardiac arrest. She did nothing. I was ambulances in to hospital and had to have a pacemaker put in. She didn’t care. She left. I would have fired the company but my first nurse Katie came to the rescue. I truly believe this company is totally about profit not patient care. I have been in home health care for over 40 years and this company shouldn’t be in the business.
Phenomenal agency with a great reputation! Highly recommend!

Poor communication with client. Report them to Medicare, as I am going to, if you have problems.
