We have had the worst experiences with this company! No one knows what’s going on scheduling changes without telling patient! Bloodwork getting lost, not sending another person out to draw for 3 weeks and still there’s issue and it not getting done. Administration is rude! Would not recommend!!!! If you care about your loved one look elsewhere !!!!! WOULD. NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
This place was supposed to be taking care of my loved one but they could not even call me back to update me on my fathers wound care. Even left a message with the supposed "manager" Alicia. Terrible incompetence all around. Head elsewhere, there are plenty of other health care options out there. This one falls very short. Nurses are always too busy to see every patient the one LPN said.
