RecommendedI cannot recommend Brookdale Heritage Plaza highly enough. I had two dear friends who lived there, so I visited often. I often joined my friends for meals. The food is great! Every single employee I had the pleasure of dealing with was friendly, upbeat, efficient, and caring about the residents. The facility is well kept up. They allow small pets and have a fenced area to walk them. One of my friends that lived there has dementia and he has always been treated with absolute respect and love. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I visit Brookdale often. Everyone is always happy and appears to be enjoying themselves. Linda Demos (Marketing Director) is a joy to work with as we help Seniors to live their best life. I highly recommend Brookdale Heritage Plaza!

The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Especially during this strange time. Most of the residents are very happy here.

it is a very nice place to live. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is magnificent. They will help you anyway they can to make your life easier. They have activities to do and trips on the bus to different places so you can sign up and go for one example they went to the coast. All the staff cares very much for all the residents. Its a wonderful atmosphere to live in.
Carol, Linda and Valerie were very friendly and accommodating in the beginning. My mom has early stages dementia and after looking at a studio, she signed the contract and wrote a check for over $1500. She was going to make payments on the required nonrefundable Community fee. It ended up that she never moved in because of cost and her memory issues. She has the key for 4 days. They ended up refunding her $400. They charged her the community fee that she never utilized.
