Apparently Shelly Dickow used to work here. She transferred to Bridges at Bent Creek and cancelled my performance without ever having met me. I've played there since 2013. Massively unprofessional.

Stay away from Brookdale Harrisburg. They're all about money, and extremely light on the care for the residents.
We transferred my mother to Brookdale Harrisburg from a Brookdale in California.Where the experience was really good as well. Choosing another facility within the same company made for an easy transition. We just needed her closer to us. There have been no regrets on our choice to be at Brookdale. The staff interactions are great. I don't believe they could be better.
Both our parents are living at Brookdale (Mom for a year now in Memory Care, Dad in assisted living). The staff is so friendly and very caring of the residents. Mable, the director of Clarebridge is great and tries to get the residents out for lunches, field trips, etc... to make them feel like they are more at home and a part of the community.
