We are looking for a place for our grandfather & decided to call Brookdale. They were very rude & made it very obvious they did not want to accept new patients. The lady even went as far as raising the price over $6000/month to deter us. When asked about insurance, she rudely commented that we would pay this amount out of pocket before any insurance would be looked at. Hopefully the staff treats their residents better than how we were treated over the phone. We definitely will not be taking a chance on it, however.
RecommendedEVERYTHING IS SO WONDERFUL HERE.. WE ARE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY WITH EVERY NEED MET FROM THE FRONT DOOR TO THE HSKP. TO THE KITCHEN STAFF. I NO LONGER FEAR BEING ALONE. MY MEALS ARE VARIED & BALANCED, MY APT. IS CLEANED WEEKLY, THERE IS ALL KINDS OF ENTERTAINMENT TO SEE, DO OR NOT DO AS YOU DESIRE. LIVING ALONE IS NO FUN WHEN YOU ARE FEARFUL OF FALLS. AND BEST OF ALL MY DOG C.C. WAS ALLOWED TO COME WITH ME. I SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS MONTHS BEFORE.
Definitely a place I would want my loved one to be!
