RecommendedSpring Meadow is an absolutely fantastic community. My mother lived there for 3 years before she passed away. You can really feel the joy and love in this community not only in the residents but the workers too! We liked all the staff but especially loved and appreciated the Administrator Denise and Melissa the Activity Director. They ALWAYS made time for my mom no matter how busy they were and just had a way of making every resident feel safe and loved. Thank you for doing all you do. God bless and stay safe!

Just an awesome place for the elderly... beautiful place inside & out. All the employees are great folks. Our Dad loved it there & had great social times & made his way around table to table meeting new friends all the time in the dining room. Highly recommend Cascades of Grants Pass.

Wonderful people that genuinely care about the residents. Ive never seen so many happy faces as I have everytime I walk through the doors. I absolutely adore seeing how wonderful people are treated here. Definitely a fun place to live.
Nice place to live. Staff wonderful and caring. Grounds pretty. Food dreadful - as in about 1-4 tablespoons of meat (If that much) accompanied by hi starch veggies and up to one hour wait time for service. On some night we have tasteless lumps of "mystery" meat with no flavor. More than half the time the meat can not be cut with an ordinary knife and fork.
