Brookdale Grand Prairie has been a loving, caring, friendly, clean environment for my Mom. She has lived there 1 1/2 years now and is very happy. They provide good food, activities, and a watchful eye for my Mother's welfare. I appreciate their communication and professionalism. The director, activity director, receptionist, cooks, and other staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a well run facility starting with the Director. Many caring employees make it a great choice for Independent Senior Living. The food is great too!
The sense of making you feel like family and how much you belong there. Making you smile is easy for staff to accomplish. The dinner this evening was 50 Stars out of 50! The staff go out of their way to call you by name. I love this place and it gives me great peace to know my loved on is there.
I coordinate meetings in the large community room at the Brookdale Grand Prairie facility regularly, the staff and residents are always kind and friendly. Thank you for supporting us!

In early November 2010 my mother was accepted into Brookdale Place at Chanate after completing the necessary evaluations by her Physician and by Brookdales nursing staff.
