Their Assisted Living Floor is understaffed. The Management is unprofessional & dismissive to their residents needs. Would bill excess monthly charges without consulting family first. Would never recommend them to anyone.
My son had to have a emergency appointment today and I received a call back right away . She got to take care him within a hour on Saturday. She was very pleasant and kept my son calm. Excellent customer service great doctors.
It is THE BEST pediatric dentistry. Starting with the staff that greet / register you to the superb dentists, dental technicians and finishing with the billing staff. Just amazing and highly professional people. Their patients / clients are #1 and it shows in EVERYTHING that they do!
Residence who lived here are very nice and pleasant to be with. Staff are also friendlly and very courteous.This place is recommendable�

When I was a child going to the dentist was horrifying. I never knew what they were "doing" in my mouth and no Novocain was administered, ever. I'm so glad that we found this place. All hygienist are kind and very good with children. All procedures are explained to the child and everything that goes into the mouth seems to have a flavor option. The rooms are themed and the dentists are very thorough. I would recommend to any parent.
My kids have been going to Glen Ellyn Pediatric Dentistry for almost a year now. The entire staff is great, very comforting and helpful.
