I would recommend Brookdale The Colony without hesitation, to anyone searching for a memory care facility for their loved one. I am very, very pleased with the level of care and the attention paid to my spouse. Knowing that she is cared for is a blessing and a relief.
We were looking for a place for our elderly friends husband and we saw this place and our friend really liked the place after looking at other places. But unfortunately, the admission person was very unprofessional. She stated that we needed to to do it before 5pm that day and we hurried to see other few places before the deadline and when we decide to go with them we get there before 5pm and she decides to leave early. Brookdale the colony might be the smallest facility but has the biggest heart. Every employee is caring and professional. The Smith/Gorman family leave knowing Dan is cared for in a special way. Thank you to all!!
