Brookdale in Elizabeth city has been wonderful for my family! The staff are always so compassionate and truly care about my parents. Any questions or concerns that arise are always quickly answered and taken care of. The dining room and food are delicious. Also they throw great parties that we love coming to! I would highly recommend this assisted living to anyone. Karen Bagley
I have had an excellent experience with the care of my mother at Brookdale. The facilities are always clean and the staff takes the time to get to know each resident so that their care can be individualized to meet the needs of each member of the Brookdale community.
My mother has been at Brookdale for only THREE months. We agreed to specific rates and they have now increased the rates by over $1000 per month (not a year and with no additional services provided). Beware of their bait and switch tactics and make sure that your contract states exactly when there can be a rate increases. We are looking elsewhere now.
Great facility!! Awesome staff! Very loving and caring environment!! Highly recommend!!!
