With the recent snowstorm, Brookdale again demonstrated its commitment to the people entrusted to their care. Management and staff stayed overnight during the storm to ensure residents would be cared for without disruption to their routines. This was yet another challenge well managed. Thank you for all you do in caring for our family members.
I may be biased because I work here, however, it is the Cadillac of senior living communities in Elizabeth City. As the current Dining Service Coordinator and Chef, I enjoy creating dishes and menus for the residents and the community when we have Special Events. I've worked at Brookdale for 6 1/2 years and I can honestly say I love my job. We actually get to know and bond with our residents and their families, and they are our work families.
