RecommendedOn behalf of our family, I would like to thank the staff at Brookdale Echelon Lake for keeping the coronavirus out of your facility. I hope this trend continues! And I would like to thank you for taking care of Mr. and Mrs. Nichter, without your help their lives would be so much different. Alex and the staff keep up the good work!!!!!!
RecommendedA shout-out to Korrine who is very proud of the Echelon Community and helps families navigate the important, complex details involving healthcare, finances, and residents’ general well-being! Behind the scenes, Korrine and Harley have been kind, supportive, and accessible. Much appreciated!
RecommendedBrookdale Echelon Lake is a wonderful place. My family did not want to place my mom into a senior facility, but Brookdale is better than that. Moving my mom into her own apartment was well organized by the staff. My mom settled in quicker than we thought. Everyone staff members from the top to bottom was welcoming, helpful and understood what we were going through. They helped us make the transition smooth and easy. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THEM
