Update: They are reopened but slow moving. Still can't recommend. Nobody is around, and residents have no activities. Do not send your loved one here!!!!! They blame covid, but those who are well are forced to quarantine and eat inside the room. My sweet auntie is in a bad situation coming here. Before this, the place was okay. I hope things change. It has been two weeks.

It is very strange to receive a notice of rent increase to my home ( for parent ), the day prior to Thanksgiving!!! When I called to discuss this, there is no answer. Opinion and observation: unless a resident needs bathing or personal changing for hygiene, there should be no upcharge. Those who belong in nursing homes need to be moved and not charge residents who are not as dependent the same fees in an assisted living.
